How to Return a Damaged or Incorrect Item:

If your item arrives broken or damaged, if you receive the wrong product, or if your product is defective in any way, we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to us at no extra cost to you.

3 Easy Steps to Exchange or Return Your Unwanted Purchase:
  1. Contact your local Sales Rep and provide them with details of the items you wish to return.
  2. The products will be collected and/or replaced at your next delivery or when we are delivering to your area.
  3. A credit will be applied to your account if necessary.
